FAQs
I have a procedure scheduled that requires someone stay with me during the process. My family is not available to accompany me on this day, but this is a very important appointment! Are you able to wait for me during my procedure and then transport me back home?
- Yes. After you submit your information through our “Online Application” page, we will have a representative contact you by phone or via email. At that time you can inquire about any additional information.
Can the driver assist me while getting in to the vehicle?
- Yes. The driver will assist you from the front door to the vehicle, and if you have any bags or other loose items he/she will assist in placing those items into the vehicle.
How will the nurse contact my driver after the procedure is over?
- The driver will give you a card with his/her name and phone number. You can give the card to the nurse or receptionist so they can call your driver with instructions. The driver will pull up to the location given by the nurse to assist you in the vehicle.
Can the driver assist me into my home?
- Yes. The driver is able to make sure that you settle in comfortably.
Do any of your drivers have a criminal record?
- No. We do an extensive criminal background check on all our drivers and the company only hires individuals with a clean record.
Do I pay the driver when he/she arrives to pick me up?
- No. All payments are made 24-48 hours before the transport through a Customer Service Repersentive or via Email invoice. If you desire to tip your driver, you are more than welcome, however it is not required.
